A 14-year-old boy is now facing charges over a deadly fire in Lockport last summer.

Ten charges have now been filed against the teen, including criminally negligent homicide, arson and burglary.

Flames erupted in the early evening of August 10, leaving millions of dollars in damage at the High Tread International facility on Ohio Street.

Crews were able to contain the flames and no neighboring properties were damaged, but the fire did burn for days.

The body of 14-year-old Joe Phillips was discovered inside the charred remains of the recycling plant.

The suspect's name is not being released due to his age.  He's due back in Family Court on November 29.
