A 19-year-old man is under arrest and facing two counts of Leandra's Law violations.
According to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, Trevor Kureczka was pulled over for drunk driving on Lockport Road just after midnight, New Year's Eve. Deputies say two 15-year-old occupants were in the car at the time.
Kureczka was remanded to the Niagara County Jail and bail was set at $750
