A teenage boy now admits to making violent threats, targeting Hutch Tech High School in Buffalo.

The 17-year-old, who is not being named, plead guilty to a misdemeanor.  His case is now being transferred to the Mental Health Treatment court.

In addition, the Judge issued an order of protection for an official at the school.

Police found the teen created a phony Facebook account and posted a threatening message which put the school in lockdown earlier this month.

No on was hurt.
