A Tonawanda man is under arrest, accused of driving with a blood alcohol level more than three times the legal limit.
State Police say 27-year-old Carnell Roberston was pulled over on the I-90 last week for a seatbelt violation. Troopers say when tested, Carnell's blood alcohol content was 0.25%.
Roberston is due back in court on June 10.
