An Orleans County man is accused of using drugs and alcohol to prey on young girls.

David P. Perry Sr. of Kendall is accused of forcing the girls to smoke pot and drink alcohol to the point of becoming impaired and intoxicated. Investigators claim the 67-year-old would then make them undress and he would perform various criminal sexual acts and sexual abuse.

Deputies believe Perry would also make the young teens pose for pictures in various states of undress. In January, the Orleans County Sheriff's Office searched Perry's home on Norway Road. Deputies say electronic media evidence was recovered and is currently being analyzed at the Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory in Buffalo.

According to investigators, the abuse happened over a several month period in 2015 and involved five girls ranging in age from 13 to 15.

Perry is currently facing child endangerment and sex abuse charges and investigators say additional charges are pending. He is due back in court on April 4.

Anyone with additional information is asked to contact Investigator Shannon Brett at 585-590-4158 or 585-590-4143.
