Supporters of Kiarre Harris - the Buffalo Mother who says she lost custody of her children over a home schooling mix-up - are holding a rally in front of Erie County Family Court this morning.
Organizers say they will gather at 9:30 a.m.. Half an hour later, Harris is scheduled to be in Family Court for a hearing.
Harris claims she filed all the appropriate paperwork to homeschool her children, but child protective services accused her of emotional neglect.
Now, Harris has filed complaints against the Buffalo School Board, and Erie County, arguing that its policies discriminate against African Americans.
