There are over 400 prop bets available this year for Super Bowl 52. According to Jay Kornegay of Superbook, about 60% of Super Bowl bets are made on props.
"The propositions back in the day used to be a sucker bet in many eyes," Kornegay said. "A lot of people would stay away from them but over the years the betting public really got comfortable with them. Part of that is because they won a lot."
Sports betting is technically illegal in New York State, so most will have to resort to eating some delicious food instead of betting.
