A federal grand jury has indicted 32-year-old Darryl Bagby on a charge of being a felon in possession of ammunition.
Sheriff's deputies made the arrest in November after executing a search warrant at his home on Bidwell Parkway in Buffalo.
Deputies recovered two rounds of ammunition, more than $19,000 in cash, cocaine, a digital scale and other drug paraphernalia.
The defendant was previously alleged to be a member of the Central Park Gang which operates primarily in the Central Park neighborhood in Buffalo.
Bagby will be arraigned on January 7, 2016.
