Local Olympian Jenn Suhr is returning home early to be treated for her illness.

Suhr's husband and coach, Rick Suhr, posted on his Facebook page on Sunday that she "has not improved and we are worried."

The Facebook post also commented on the emotional cost of this summer's Olympics for the Suhr's.

Jenn competed in the pole vaulting finals last Friday, despite her illness, but was eliminated when she could not clear the 4.70 meter vault.
