Submissions are still open for the Oishei Children's Hospital Lullaby Contest!

The Women and Children's Hospital is revamping their tradition by asking WNYers to record and submit their rendition of Brahms Lullaby. The hospital has played the original lullaby to celebrate the birth of every baby within their walls.

The contest winner will have their song chosen to welcome babies into the world at the new Oishei Children's Hospital opening in November...and win a cash prize of $1,500!

The second place finalist will win two 2017-2018 season tickets to Shea's Performing Arts Center. Third place will get to choose between season passes to Darien Lake or Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra tickets.

Contest reps remind participants that the melody is supposed to pacify and comfort the newborns.

All submissions are due before midnight on September 15th.
