The 20th annual Yuletide in the Country Artisan Market at the Erie County Fairgrounds has been canceled.

Officials say the Event Center suffered significant damage during the Snowvember storms, forcing them to cancel the market, which had been scheduled for December 6 and 7.

The event organizer says they explored other options, including other venues and other buildings on the fairgrounds, but were unable to find a suitable solution. It will return to the fairgrounds next year.

The Festival of the Lights at the fairgrounds was pushed back a week due to storm damage. That will begin this weekend.

Officials say repairs to the roof of the Event Center should be completed by late January.
