On Tuesday, a Sienna poll showed that 46 percent of expected voters favor Collins, compared to the 43 percent that favor McMurray. This falls into the 4.7 percent margin of error, meaning Collins and McMurray are in a dead heat for the Congressional seat in New York's 27th Congressional District.
With the possibility of NY-27 turning from red to blue, Michael R. Caputo announced that former President Trump advisor Steve Bannon will be traveling to Elma, N.Y. on October 24th for a rally.
The rally will take place at the Jamison Road Volunteer Fire Company at 4:30 p.m.
According to Caputo, the point of the rally is to keep NY-27 red.
Caputo will be hosting the event, with WBEN radio talk show host David Bellavia acting as a master of ceremonies.
