A corrections officer at Albion Correctional Facility could face up to a year in prison after being charged with forcibly touching inmates.

State Police say an investigation into a complaint filed on October 6 led to three counts of forcible touching and three counts of official misconduct.

Troopers say Christopher Claude, 42, of Lockport was charged on Thursday and given appearance tickets for Wednesday in Albion Town Court.

Claude has been suspended as the investigation continues.
