State Police in Jamestown arrested Peter Baker, 65, of Sherman, for Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
The State Police received a complaint from a citizen who was informed by her 10-year-old daughter that Baker lured her to his apartment by offering her $20.00 but showed her an inappropriate picture on his phone instead.
A search warrant was obtained and executed at Baker's residence, ultimately revealing images of child pornography.
Baker was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the town of Sherman Court next month.
