State officials have set up drop-off locations for toys, coats and school supplies around New York for a holiday drive.
The state Office of General Services drop-offs will take donations through Dec. 18 for families in need. Gov. Andrew Cuomo notes that New Yorkers have a long tradition of supporting people in need during the holidays.
Drop-offs are located in state office buildings in Albany, Syracuse, Watertown, Hauppauge, New York City, Schenectady, Utica, Poughkeepsie, Binghamton and Buffalo.
