SP Binghamton received a 911 complaint of a van with snow on its roof. Troopers located the van on 81, spoke to the older driver and helped the gentleman brush off the roof. An SP member got the photo as he made sure vehicles moved over. pic.twitter.com/KTOszk5b0T
A trooper in Binghamton pulled over a van with snow on top of it on I-81, and helped the driver brush it off.
