ALBANY, N.Y. (WKBW) — Nurses statewide are calling for change in New York healthcare.
Caregivers in hospitals and nursing homes are calling for the state to pass the Safe Staffing and Quality Care Act, which would enforce patient to staff ratios in facilities across the state.
The State Nurses Association says this will help get patients at these facilities get the care they need and deserve.
