Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton will be visiting Syracuse on Friday.
Clinton is expected to release a $10 billion plan aimed at boosting the manufacturing industry in the the state.
Clinton and Sen. Bernie Sanders will be competing for delegates in the New York primaries in late April.
