BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Are you a registered New York voter? If not, you are running out of time.
The deadline for potential voters to register to vote for the November elections is Friday, October 11. Eligible voters can register online by clicking here or by visiting their local board of elections.
Applicants can also mail in a registration form. The application must be postmarked no later than October 11.
In order to vote, you must be a U.S. citizen, be 18 years old and a resident of New York state. You cannot vote if you're in prison or on parole for a felony conviction.
