The third annual 43 North finals weekend is now over, and this year's focus was start-up businesses.
The three-day event was meant to turn new good ideas into new businesses. The events connects people with everything from business ideas to successful business leaders.
This year's event focused on minorities and women entrepreneurship.
"It's helping people who think they may want a company but don't know where to start," said Dan Magnuszewski. "This event really provides them that frame work where they can come in, get some mentorship from people who have done it," he said.
