West Seneca police arrested 41-old-year-old Sean Kelley after they witnessed him breaking into a Kwik-Fill on Clinton Street.
Police say they saw Kelley walk out from a wooded area behind the closed gas station with a crow-bar. Kelley then entered the Kwik-Fill through a side door. Police say they saw Kelley go behind the register in the store and start to take lottery tickets and cigarettes.
Police radioed for backup and were able to catch up with Kelley on foot as he walked away.
Kelley was arrested and charged with burglary, criminal mischief. petit larceny, resisting arrest, and possession of a burglar tool. Kelley is also suspected in two other robberies in West Seneca.
Kelley was remanded to the Erie County Holding Center on $5,000 bail.
