After only two months Southwest Airlines says it will stop the new non-stop flights between Buffalo and Denver.
The airline now says the new route was always looked at as a seasonal offering and it could come back at some point. Southwest was using Boeing 737-700's and it's believed they were flying at near capacity on the weekly run.
The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority says it will discuss the move with Southwest and see where future service might go from there.
