A South Buffalo man faces 3-7 years in prison after pleading guilty to sex abuse.
According to the Erie County District Attorney’s office, 39-year-old Kevin McCutcheon admitted to forcing a woman to have sex with him on Walden Avenue in August 2015.
McCutcheon will have to register as a sex offender after he is sentenced on July 13 at 9:30 a.m.
