A former snow plow contractor convicted of scamming hundreds of Western New Yorkers is now out of jail.
Earlier this year, Scott Romero was granted parole. On Tuesday, he was released from prison.
Back in 2011, Romero was sued by the State Attorney General's office for scamming close to 400 people in Erie and Niagara County.
Investigators say Romero scammed those victims out of more than $100,000 for work he never completed.
