The heaviest band of snow hasn't even reached Western New York yet as of Thursday morning, but an early band of Lake Effect Snow is already causing some issues on the roads.
Our crews found one car off in a ditch off the 219 around 4:30 a.m.

Plows are out in the Southtowns this morning.
Black Ice led to this rollover crash near Chaffee. This photo comes from viewer Jodee Robley, who says there have been three crashes in Chaffee this morning, and a lot of black ice.
