Small vs. Jacobs: Race for the 60th Senate seat

It's a race for the 60th State Senate seat, between Democrat Amber Small and Republican Chris Jacobs.

Both parties would be new faces to state politics.

The 60th Senate District includes the City and Town of Tonawanda, Orchard Park, Hamburg, Evans, Brant and areas in the City of Buffalo.

Republicans say this is a must win for the party.

Jacobs has campaigned on keeping money local, putting more money into schools and creating more local jobs.

Amber Small says she is proud of the campaign she's run, which includes promises for ethics reform, enhancing small business and communities and education.

Small says even if she doesn't win, her work won't stop.
