Mayor Brown and University District Council Member Rasheed Wyatt are expected to launch a pilot phase of a new citywide speed hump program.
The initiative is an effort to slow down drivers who speed along residential areas.
Officials say the traffic measures will be tested in "strategic locations" first to see if the speed humps will be effective.
The Mayor, Buffalo Police, and the Department of Public Works will hold a press conference today at 11 a.m. on Newburgh Avenue.
