In connection with the investigation into the Department of Social Services concerning the alleged actions of former Commissioner Al Dirschberger, the Lemire Law Firm has established a confidential Erie County sexual harassment hotline.

County employees, county contractors and members of the public are asked to report any information about claims or complaints relating to former Commissioner Dirschberger's behavior with county employees, including claims regarding sexual harassment. Mr. Dirschberger worked as Commissioner of Social Services and previously as a tenured teacher at Erie Community College.

Anyone with information is asked to call the hotline at (646) 979-4114. Calls go directly to investigators at the Lemire Law Firm and are confidential. Callers may remain anonymous.
