The Sex Offender Management Office from the Niagara County Sheriff's Office received information that a New York State Level Sex Offender changed addresses without notifying the state's sex offender registry.
41-year-old, George Hillman Jr. moved from his City of Niagara Falls address to a Town of Newfane address and failed to notify NYS DCJS within 10 days of his move.
Hillman was located at his Newfane address and taken into custody without incident.
He's been arraigned and bail was set at $2500. Hillman is due back in Town of Newfane court on August 29th.
