A Jamestown man is arrested on charges he raped a minor.
Police say the sex offense took place in the Bemus Point area in Chautauqua County in August of last year.
28 year old Timothy Perrin of Jamestown is charged with a number of felony charges, including rape.
He's locked up right now in lieu of $25,000 cash bail.
