A 29-year-old woman is in critical condition at ECMC after being hit by a tractor trailer in Buffalo.
It happened around 11 a.m. at South Park and Bailey avenues. The woman was struck in the street as the tractor trailer turned onto South Park off of Bailey.
No charges have been filed against the semi driver.
