A Tonawanda man is accused of going through unlocked cars to find money for his heroin addiction.
Tonawanda City Police say they found Joseph Schneider, 23, looking through cars in the Minerva, Elmwood Park and Fletcher Street area.
According to Police, Schneider had loose change, keys and gift cards he took from the cars he rummaged through.
Officers say Schneider told them he has a "10 bag a day heroin addiction."
Police say he is being held for court.
