The Buffalo Fire Department attended to a suspicious fire early Tuesday morning.
It happened at 404 Northland Avenue just before 1:30 a.m. A fire official said the fire broke out in the home's basement and spread up an outside wall.
This is the second time in two weeks that a fire was reported at that address.
Three people were able to escape the fire okay. They will be aided by the Red Cross.
Damages were estimated to be $13,000.
There is no word on what sparked this fire.
