State Police say a Sears employee was arrested after stealing from the store.
State Police in Clarence say Joshua Kendrick was arrested for grand larceny after taking about $2,500 worth of merchandise over a period of time at the Eastern hills Mall location.
Police say Kendrick stole lawn mowers, snow blowers and other items.
Kendrick was released on an appearance ticket for the Town of Clarence Court.
