Town of Evans Police obtained a search warrant for a home on Fairview Street.
The warrant was executed after a several month long investigation of the Robert P. and Avril M. Stepowski residence.
According to police, the search warrant resulted in 10 people being taken into custody, 26.4 grams of crack cocaine at an estimated street value of $2,600, and an ounce of marijuana.
Drug paraphernalia, scales and more than $2,700 was also taken into police custody.
All parties were arraigned and placed in the Erie County Holding Center on $1,000 bail.
