Search for missing 14-month-old called off

SODUS, N.Y. (WKBW) - The search for a missing 14-month-old near Rochester has been called off.

Wayne County deputies say they have suspended the search for missing Owen Hidalgo-Calderon Sunday because there aren't any more leads to follow up on at the farm in Sodus, according to our affiliates WHAM in Rochester. The boy has been missing since May 16th.

The body of the boy's mother, 18-year-old Selena Hidalgo-Calderon, was found in the woods behind a farm in May.

Alberto Reyes was arrested and charged with evidence tampering. According to police, Reyes admitted to burying Hidalgo-Calderon, but did not admit to killing her.
