A Saturday morning fire in Buffalo's Old First Ward was quickly brought under control, but not before it caused thousands of dollars worth of damage.
All of the Smith Street home's residents were able to escape the flames, which started on the second floor and attic of the two-story house.
Damages have been placed at $35,000 and the cause is under investigation.
No injuries were reported.
