With one day to go until Thanksgiving, the Salvation Army, volunteers and board members are coming together, the day before, in an effort to "give back" and serve those in need of a meal and a sense of community.

The Salvation Army on Main Street in Buffalo is serving up a turkey dinner at noon on Thanksgiving Day, a long-standing community-driven effort which ends on Thursday afternoon at 1:30p.m.

A small worship will be held before hand in the chapel on-site at 11:30a.m.
