NY Route 400 Expressway, or to most “the 400,” is now re-opened to traffic.
Route 400 northbound going towards the city closed on Thursday from Exit 16 (Seneca Street) and Interstate 90 (Downtown Buffalo/Niagara Falls) due to construction.
