Plows are out across Western New York overnight, but that doesn't mean there aren't any traffic issues.
As of 6 a.m., The Skyway has reopened. It was closed during the height of the Lake Effect Snow on Wednesday.
And another part of Route 5 is also closed this morning.

The city of Buffalo has 30 plows out this morning, concentrating on main roads, secondaries, and side streets. They're urging caution on the roads.
