Acting District Attorney Michael Flaherty asks for the public's help in rooting out corruption in Erie County, and it's easy to do.
A Public Integrity Complaint Form is now on his office's website, where people can send in tips of possible waste, fraud and abuse of taxpayer's dollars.
The form can be filled out electronically and must include the name and address of the complainant.
It also requires a box to be checked saying that any false statements submitted will be prosecuted as a misdemeanor.
This is the latest move from Flaherty to help make government more transparent and restore the public's trust.
