A Jamestown man is facing a long list of charges after a rollover crash Sunday night on Route 430 in the Town of Ellery.

Police say for the second time in 10 years, 36-year-old Efrain Mariera is facing a felony DWI charge. Officers say he had a child in his vehicle when he crashed his car, making this a felony DWI charge under Leandra's Law.

Mariera is also charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation, driving without using an ignition interlock device, unsafe speed, moving from lane unsafely and unlicensed operator.

Mariera was taken by Bemus Point Ambulance to WCA Hospital for treatment. There is no word on the condition of the child in his vehicle.

He will answer to all of his charges in Ellery Court.
