Motorists, prepare for a slow down on your drive through Orchard Park.
A highway rehabilitation project started Monday on Chestnut Ridge Road.
As a result, beginning Wednesday, Ellicott Road will be closed at the intersection of Route 277.
Local traffic will be directed to access Ellicott Road from New Armor Road.
The closure is expected to last for about 13 weeks.
