Buffalo firefighters attended to a late night fire on the city's west side Tuesday.
The fire broke out minutes before midnight at 754 Prospect Avenue. Fire crews found heavy fire in the home's attic.
The home's occupants were able to escaped the fire without injury.
Damages were pegged at $45,000. The cause is under investigation.
