Buffalo Police have released the name of the man killed in a crane accident Thursday afternoon in Buffalo's Old First Ward.
Jeffrey Langenfeld, 27, from the Town of Tonawanda was killed when the arm of the crane he was working on fell on top of him at BIDCO Marine Group on Katherine Street.
OSHA is investigating the accident, which happened in the shadow of the city's grain elevators.
