A former Buffalo Bill is being sued for sexual assault and allegedly exposing his accuser to a sexually transmitted disease, according to multiple media outlets in Jacksonville, Florida.
According to WJXT, the lawsuit claims that Marcel Dareus had sex with the accuser “while she was unconscious and without disclosing what she believes was herpes.” The lawsuit is seeking damages in excess of $15,000.
The incident allegedly happened in early April in Houston, Texas.
The Jaguars say they are aware of the matter, but could not comment further due to pending litigation.
