Buffalo Police have arrested 26-year-old Markilo Hayes, of Buffalo, on charges of attempted murder after a shooting on Richlawn Avenue.
The arrest was announced early Friday morning.
Police say the driver of a car was shot, which is believed to have caused him to drive through a fence and hit the back of a home on Richlawn Avenue.
It was a chaotic sight in Buffalo's Central Park neighborhood Thursday night.
When our crews arrived on scene around 10 p.m., a large portion of Central Park Plaza Drive was blocked off with crime scene tape.
Buffalo Police spokesperson Mike DeGeorge confirmed that two men were shot, and were taken to Erie County Medical Center with serious injuries.
The victims are listed in fair condtion at ECMC.
