A level two sex offender is facing charges for two new felony crimes, after he failed to update his address and provided false information to the New York State Sex Offender Registry, State Police say.
Donald G. Howe Jr., 31, was arrested on Wednesday and is being held in the Cattaraugus County Jail.
Howe was arrested for exchanging sexual acts with a 16 year old girl, in exchange for giving her an illegal tattoo in April of 2016, investigators say.
