Governor Andrew Cuomo traveled to Buffalo on Thursday to announce the opening of a new ramp from Peace Bridge Plaza to northbound Interstate 190.
The Governor says the new ramp provides a direct connection to the interstate for international traffic, and is expected to reduce congestion.
The project marks a major milestone for the $56.7 million New York Gateway Connections Improvement project in Buffalo.
