The Erie County Sheriff's Office arrested 43-year-old Jose Andino yesterday afternoon after a raid on Niagara Street.
Detectives recovered about four grams of fentanyl, a scale, packing material, cutting tools, and over $4,000 in cash.
Andino is currently held in the Erie County Holding Center.
He has had two prior federal drug trafficking convictions.
